  • Leslie Brown

Leslie Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Belton, Texas. She earned a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, where she double majored in Religion and Psychology.

Leslie practices as an integrative counselor, adapting her therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs, personalities, and goals of her clients. She has received training in several evidence-based counseling methods, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Level Two training in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through the Beck Institute, and introductory training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). While Leslie counsels from a Christian perspective, she welcomes and works with individuals from all backgrounds.

Leslie specializes in working with women and teens who are experiencing anxiety and depression. These challenges may stem from hormonal changes, postpartum concerns, medical issues, situational stress, trauma, limited coping skills, or personality disorders. She also provides compassionate support to women navigating grief related to abortion, miscarriage, stillbirth, and other fertility complications, walking alongside them as they process the complex emotions associated with loss and grief.

In addition, Leslie enjoys helping strengthen relationships between teens and parents by encouraging healthy communication and fostering healing during difficult transitional stages. She is also passionate about supporting couples as they work to repair and strengthen their marriages, regardless of the stage or circumstances they may be facing.

Leslie and her husband have been married since 2005 and have three children. In 2007, they moved to East Asia to serve as missionary church planters with the International Mission Board. They lived there for seven years, during which two of their three children were born. In her free time, Leslie enjoys spending time with her husband and children. When she has a spare moment, she can often be found putting together puzzles, playing with her dogs, exercising, or spending time with friends.

Leslie offers appointments on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday. She accepts BCBS, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Lyra, Cigna, and Baylor Scott & White Health insurance plans.

  • Sharon Aguilera

I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel both safe and strengthened. For over a decade, I have worked with women, teen girls, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, betrayal, grief, parenting stress, life transitions, and relationship challenges. Many of the individuals I work with are high-capacity, deeply caring people who are exhausted from carrying so much alone. Therapy is not about “fixing” you, it’s about understanding your patterns, regulating what feels overwhelming, and building relationships rooted in security and trust.

My approach integrates attachment-based work, EMDR-informed techniques, and relational therapy. I am especially passionate about helping females heal anxiety, break generational cycles, strengthen identity, and cultivate emotional resilience. With couples, I help restore connection, improve communication, and create clarity in seasons that feel uncertain.

Therapy with me is warm, authentic, steady, and reflective. I am especially energized by clients who are ready to work collaboratively, be open-minded, willing to look inward, and ready to explore the patterns shaping their relationships and sense of self. Meaningful growth comes through insight, honesty, and intentional change.
